A Small Country with Big Ambitions: Does This Include the Gifted?

Scotland is a small country with an education system whose roots lie within inclusive and egalitarian approach to the of young people. Subsequent legislation, policies, curriculum frameworks have been influenced by this, also international move toward equitable, inclusive, quality lifelong learning for all. Supporting those who are highly able/gifted talented against such backdrop offers both opportunities challenges.
